(hereinafter referred to as “Jinan Mingsheng”) is committed to the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality bearing products to domestic and international customers. We match appropriate transportation solutions based on bearing type (such as precision small bearings, large heavy-load bearings, etc.) and customer location to ensure the safe delivery of products.
Domestic transportation
- Shipping Method: Within mainland China, we will select the appropriate logistics or courier service provider based on the bearing product specifications (e.g., size and weight) and the customer’s location (e.g., express delivery for small precision bearings, and specialized logistics for large bearings) to ensure efficient transportation and product protection.
- Freight Information: Domestic shipping costs are calculated based on the actual weight of the bearing product, packaging dimensions, and distance to the destination. The specific cost will be communicated upon order confirmation.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days. The specific delivery time is affected by the shipping provider’s scheduling and the remoteness of the destination. We will monitor the shipping status and provide you with feedback in real time.
International Shipping
- Shipping Method: For international customers, we will select experienced international logistics or freight forwarders based on the bearing product characteristics (such as whether moisture-proof or impact-resistant packaging is required) and the destination country/region to ensure safe cross-border transportation.
- Shipping Rates: International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the bearing product, packaging dimensions, shipping method (e.g., air or sea), and destination country/region. Specific rates will be confirmed during the order process.
- Estimated Delivery Time: International orders typically arrive within 7-30 business days, depending on the selected carrier, shipping method, and destination country/region. Please note that uncontrollable factors such as customs clearance and destination country policies may cause delays. We will assist in providing the necessary customs clearance documents (e.g., product certificates of conformity, commercial invoices, etc.).
- Taxes: Jinan MSCI does not cover any duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other taxes levied by the destination country/region. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with local tax policies in advance.
