Jinan Mingsheng Bearing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jinan Mingsheng”) is committed to providing high-quality bearing products and professional technical services, always putting customer needs at the core. We understand that sometimes bearing products may not meet your expectations due to reasons such as model adaptation or specification changes. In such cases, we offer a standardized refund policy, allowing you to apply for a return if you meet the conditions.
Please note that Jinan Mingsheng cannot promise or guarantee the performance of its bearing products beyond the performance parameters. We strictly control the production process and quality standards of our bearings, but the actual performance of the bearings may be affected by uncontrollable factors such as installation accuracy, operating environment, and supporting equipment. Therefore, we do not accept refund requests based on “performance not meeting expectations.”
Refund Policy Details
Return Request Period: If you are dissatisfied with the bearings you purchased, you must submit a return request within 15 days of purchase. Returns received after this date will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility Requirements:
- The bearings must be in their original packaging (including the product certificate, protective film, cushioning material, etc.);
- The product must be uninstalled or unused, with no surface scratches or rust, and no loss of performance parameters;
- All bearing accessories (such as connectors and manuals) must be present.
Cost Information: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. Jinan MSCI will not refund the shipping costs of the original order or any other incurred handling fees (such as customization service fees).
Return Evaluation Process:
- Upon receipt of the returned product, we will conduct an evaluation within three business days to assess the product’s condition, packaging integrity, and accessory availability.
- If the evaluation is successful, a refund will be processed within five business days using the original payment method.
- If the product does not meet the above return eligibility requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return and will promptly notify you of the reason for the rejection and product handling options via email.
