The linear bearing process focuses on “high-precision guidance + low-friction sliding.” GCr15SiMn high-carbon chromium bearing steel is used, vacuum-refined to remove impurities and ensure substrate uniformity and fatigue resistance. The inner bore of the outer sleeve and the outer diameter of the inner sleeve are precision-ground using CNC grinding machines to micron-level tolerances. The sliding contact surfaces are then super-finished to a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.1 μm, minimizing frictional resistance.
Cages are produced using either steel stamping or engineering plastic injection molding, depending on the application. Stamped cages undergo integrated blanking and forming processes, while plastic cages are injection-molded using high-precision molds. This ensures a precise fit between the pockets and the rolling elements (balls/rollers), preventing binding.
Assembly is completed in a Class 1000 cleanroom. Specialized tooling is used to adjust radial clearance, and dust seals are included to prevent impurities from entering. Finished products undergo straightness testing, motion resistance testing, and life verification. Suitable for use in automated equipment and precision machine tools, they deliver smooth guidance, low consumption, and durable linear motion.
