



The guide rail slider manufacturing process focuses on “high-precision guidance + high load-bearing and wear-resistant.” The guide rail and slider bodies are constructed of SUJ2 high-carbon chromium bearing steel. Vacuum degassing treatment reduces internal defects, followed by full quenching and low-temperature tempering to enhance deformation resistance and wear resistance.
The guide rail surfaces are precision-ground using a five-axis CNC grinder, achieving a straightness error of ≤0.01 mm/m and a surface roughness of Ra ≤0.1 μm. The rolling elements (steel balls/rollers) within the slider undergo a “cold heading, fine grinding, and super-finishing” process, achieving a roundness error of ≤0.001 mm. The cage is injection-molded from engineering plastic using a high-precision mold, ensuring a controlled clearance between the pockets and rolling elements of 5-10 μm.
Assembly is completed in a Class 1000 clean room. The preload force and radial clearance are adjusted by special tooling, and accordion-type or scraper dust seals are provided. The finished product must pass rated load testing, running resistance testing, and life verification and is suitable for CNC machine tools, automated production lines, and other scenarios to achieve the “smooth guidance and long life” linear motion requirements.
