






Deep groove ball bearings are engineered with “universal fit + high-speed stability” as their core technology. High-carbon chromium-bearing steel is vacuum refined to remove impurities, ensuring base material uniformity and fatigue resistance. Rings are first forged and turned into blanks, then subjected to through-hardening and tempering for dimensional stability. Finally, the raceways are precision-ground on a five-axis CNC grinder. Geometric tolerances are controlled to ±2 μm, with a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.1 μm, laying the foundation for precision in subsequent assembly.
The rolling element (steel ball) machining requires multiple precision steps: cold heading to ensure initial roundness, heat treatment to enhance hardness, rough grinding and fine grinding to refine dimensions, and finally super-finishing to achieve a roundness tolerance of ≤ 0.001 mm. Cages are manufactured using either stamping or solid processes, depending on the application. Stamped cages undergo integrated blanking and forming, while solid cages undergo precision milling to ensure a precise fit between the pockets and the balls.
Assembly is carried out in a Class 1,000 cleanroom, where specialized tooling precisely controls radial clearance to ensure uniform contact between the rolling elements and raceways. Finished products undergo vibration and noise testing, rotational accuracy testing, and static load verification to ensure low-friction operation. The final product is suitable for general applications such as motors, household appliances, and instrumentation, meeting the transmission requirements of high speed and long life.
