Diameter tolerances are controlled to IT3, and end face parallelism is ≤0.002 mm, ensuring a tight fit with the raceway during cross assembly. The V-shaped raceways of the inner and outer rings are machined using a five-axis CNC grinder with an angular tolerance of ±5° and a roughness of Ra0.2μm, ensuring stable cross-roller contact.
Key components undergo full quenching and tempering, followed by cryogenic treatment, to prevent dimensional deformation during use. During assembly, specialized tooling is used to achieve 1:1 cross-roller positioning, precisely controlling radial clearance. The finished product undergoes rotational accuracy (radial runout ≤0.005 mm) and static load testing before being qualified for high-precision, heavy-load applications such as robotic joints and machine tool rotary tables.
