Assembly is completed in a Class 1000 cleanroom, where preload and clearance are adjusted using specialized tooling to ensure precise fit between the rolling elements and raceways. The finished product undergoes dynamic balancing, vibration and noise, and contact accuracy testing, ultimately ensuring compatibility with high-frequency operating conditions such as motors and machine tool spindles, achieving “low-noise, high-stability” transmission.
