






Self-aligning ball bearings are engineered to accommodate shaft misalignment and provide extended life. High-carbon chromium-bearing steel is used for forging the ring blanks to eliminate internal defects. After quenching and tempering, the rings achieve a hardness of HRC 60-64, enhancing dimensional stability and fatigue resistance.
The outer and inner diameters of the rings, as well as their end faces, are precision-machined using CNC grinders to achieve micron-level tolerances. The raceways are superfinished to achieve an optimized surface finish (Ra ≤ 0.2 μm). The rolling elements (steel balls) undergo forging, heat treatment, multiple grinding passes, and superfinishing to ensure roundness and surface quality. The cages are stamped from steel or injected with synthetic resin, with precisely controlled pocket dimensions to accommodate the rolling elements.
The assembly process is carried out in a clean workshop, and the matching accuracy of the rings, rolling elements, and cages is strictly controlled to ensure smooth rotation; the finished product must pass dimensional inspection, rotation accuracy test, and vibration and noise test to ensure stable and low-noise operation when there is alignment error in the shaft system and is suitable for machine tools, textile machinery, and other types of equipment.
